(NJBIZ (NJ) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Accounting Tom Martin was named managing partner of Klatzkin & Company, an accounting, audit and business consulting service in Hamilton.

After joining the firm in 1988, Martin moved up through the ranks and was admitted as partner in 2001.

Banking Asunta Catania brings 20 years of banking experience to her new role with Kearny Federal Savings Bank as assistant vice president and branch manager of its North Arlington office.

Previously, Catania served as a Wells Fargo assistant vice president and store manager.

Communications Caryl Communications, a women-owned marketing firm in Paramus, promoted Evelyn Weiss Francisco to vice president.

Francisco joined the firm in 2000 as account coordinator and worked to become a manager and supervisor.

Amanda Palasciano joined Axiom Communications in Secaucus as a senior account executive. She will provide publicity and online marketing support for real estate, travel and tourism clients.

Palasciano started her career in the music industry as a publicity coordinator for Los Angeles-based Rogers and Cowan. She then served as digital marketer for UCLA, a journalist for the Hoboken Reporter, information architect and in-house copy writer for New York Cruise Lines and spokesperson for the Hoboken mayoral election in 2013.



Health care Jersey Health Connect, the state's largest health information organization, appointed Judy Comitto to the role of chairperson, board of directors.

Comitto currently serves as vice president of information technology and chief information officer at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth. She previously led information systems divisions at Alltel and Eclipsys.


As part of Kennedy Health System's medical leadership restructuring, Carman Ciervo was named chief physician executive; H. Timothy Dombrowski was appointed chief medical officer; and David V. Condoluci, former CEO, assumed the role of chief patient safety and quality officer.

Ciervo joined Kennedy Health System in 2010, most recently serving as senior vice president for clinical integration and population health services.

Dombrowski served as chief of medicine at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and is currently a clinical professor of medicine.

Condoluci served as a member of Kennedy's medical staff since 1983. His most notable positions included chief of staff and chief medical officer for the last two years.

Kennedy Health System is a health services delivery system serving the communities of southern New Jersey at its hospital campuses in Cherry Hill, Stratford and Washington Township, N.J., and at outpatient facilities throughout Camden and Gloucester counties.

Higher education Andrew J. Rosman was named Dean of Fairleigh Dickinson University's Silberman College of Business.

Formerly the dean of the College of Management at LIU Post, Rosman also spent 23 years at the University of Connecticut serving as professor and director of the M.S. and internship program in accounting and executive director of online education for the School of Business.

Law A1 Mezzaroba joined the Camden firm of Genova Bums Giantomasi Webster to practice labor law, employment law and litigation, and health and hospital law.

In addition to being the former chief counsel of the Philadelphia City Council, Mezzaroba previously served as the president and CEO of Lower Bucks Hospital and the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority.

Scott S. Rose was named chair of the complex commercial and securities litigation practice group at Parker Ibrahim & Berg in Somerset.

Rose previously served as partner for Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
