China : HUAWEI in cooperation deal with RIO GRANDE DO SUL [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Huawei, a Chinese telecoms equipment maker has entered into a cooperation agreement with the government of Brazil s Rio Grande do Sul state. According to the agreement, Huawei will deploy an innovation centre in tech park Tecnopuc, which is situated on the campus of Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS), in state capital Porto Alegre.
