Kevin Toth Named Executive Vice President, Chief Operations & Strategic Officer for Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton

Nelson Levine, a leading international law firm focused on the business of insurance, announced that the firm has appointed Kevin Toth as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations & Strategic Officer. In this position, Toth will play an integral role in guiding the firm's strategic direction and growth as well as overseeing day-to-day global business operations. Toth will work in unison with Nelson Levine's Managing Partner, David L. Brown, who will continue to manage the firm's attorneys and their legal work. Toth will work out of Nelson Levine's Philadelphia and New York offices.

In addition to his management responsibilities, Toth will represent clients in regulatory matters and institutional business practices.

Toth's career in the insurance and legal industries has been distinguished and dynamic. He served a nine-year tenure at Harleysville Insurance (a Nationwide Insurance company), where he held a variety of senior leadership positions, including VP & Chief Litigation Counsel, SVP & Chief Claims Officer, SVP & Chief Underwriting Officer, and Regional Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Operations. Most recently, Toth was named to serve as the senior operating executive for Hrleysville Insurance following the retirement of President and COO, Michael Browne. Prior to his career in the insurance industry, Toth was a financial services litigation attorney at Reed Smith.
