The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) has invited David O'Brien, VP of Regulatory Solutions, to their 2014 Summer Meeting to join the panel, 'Modern Utility Industry, Modern Solutions.' Utility regulators from every State in the U.S., along with federal and international officials will gather to hear thought leaders including Mr. O'Brien, address the drivers of a modern, evolving utility industry and lay out possible business models and regulatory pathways for the future. On the panel, Mr. O'Brien will provide his views on a possible portfolio of solutions and adjustments to traditional rate regulation that will advance the industry to a new 'regulatory equilibrium'.
