(Bismarck Tribune (ND) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) July 13--Officers elected Board of directors officers elected at South Central Regional Water District's annual meeting in June are Daniel Rouse, president; Mark Kinzler, vice president; Steve Ellefson, secretary-treasurer; and Greg Larson, assistant secretary-treasurer.



Ellefson also was re-elected to a three-year term on the board.

The water district serves some 6,100 customers in Burleigh, Emmons, Logan, McIntosh and Kidder counties.


Elder with Odney Sarah Elder is working full time in Odney's Bismarck office as a summer intern.

A 2011 graduate of Bismarck High School, she is a senior at the University of Mary majoring in public relations and was the online editor for its newspaper, for 2013-14.

Two joining clinic Drs. Joseph Dramko and Christian Sorensen plan to join Mid Dakota Clinic on Aug. 1.

Dramko will work in the pediatrics department and Sorensen in internal medicine.

A New England native, Dramko earned his doctor of medicine degree from the Health Science Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., and completed his pediatric residency at Maine Medical Center, Portland, Maine.

He has practiced pediatrics for more than 20 years in New Hampshire, Maine and Wyoming.

Sorensen earned his doctor of medicine degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Neb., and completed his internal medicine residency at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minn.

Wald recognized David Wald, a financial adviser in Bismarck, has been named Securian Financial Advisors of N.D. Inc.'s adviser of the month for June.

Epting hired at KLJ Josh Epting has been hired as an environmental planner in the power group at KLJ's Bismarck office.

Epting earned a master's degree in Earth sciences from the University of Memphis and a bachelor's degree in biology from Delta State University. He has more than 12 years of experience in water resource management and hydrogeological sciences.

Hartje promoted Ryan Hartje has been promoted to account executive in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota office in Bismarck.

He previously was a business implementation lead in business delivery and quality in Fargo.

Hartje graduated from Mayville State University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration.

Champa with clinic Whitney Champa has joined the Sanford Health Dickinson Clinic as a physician assistant.

Originally from Dickinson, Champa provides primary care for patients ages 2 and up.

She earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies from Missouri State University, Springfield, and is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Morgan selected Don Morgan, chief credit officer, has been added as a member of Starion Financial's executive committee.

Morgan joined Starion in 2012 and is located at its downtown Bismarck location.

He earned a bachelor of science degree in finance and accounting from the University of Wyoming and is a certified public accountant.

Morgan has been in the banking industry for more than 12 years.

Filibeck achieves Chris Ray Filibeck, Bismarck, has been named a member of the 2014 Executive Council of New York Life Insurance Co. Members are among the most successful of the company's licensed agents.

A New York Life agent since 2009, Filibeck is associated with New York Life's North Dakota General Office in Fargo.

Originally from Glen Ullin, he has a bachelor's degree from the University of Mary and an associate's degree from Bismarck State College.

Sorensen joining Dr. Christian Sorensen will join the internal medicine department at Mid Dakota Clinic on Aug. 1. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE, and completed his internal medicine residency at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minn. Sorensen is a member of the American College of Physicians.
