NetApp Announces Randall Runk as EVP of Field Operations

[NTAP], a global leader in providing storage and data management solutions, today announced the appointment of Randall Runk as executive vice president of Field Operations.



Runk brings over 20 years' experience leading global high-tech enterprise sales teams at companies including HP and Oracle as well as an extensive background in consulting, having spent over two decades with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Most recently, Runk served as a senior vice president at Infor Global Solutions, responsible for the sales and operations teams for the company's Global Enterprise Account group.

Runk succeeds Rob Salmon in the role of EVP of Field Operations following Salmon's promotion in April 2014 to president and head of Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations.

He will partner to bring solutions to market while solving customer challenges and enabling customer success. Runk will oversee and manage NetApp's geo teams, including leaders in APAC, Americas/USPS, and EMEA. Global Tech Teams, Channel and Alliance Partners, Sales Operations, and Emerging Products organizations will also operate under Runk's leadership.
