St Ives Names Matt Armitage CEO, Replacing Patrick Martell


(dpa-AFX International Compact Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Marketing services and print group St. Ives plc's (SIV.L) Chief Executive, Patrick Martell, has planned to step down as CEO on July 31, 2014 and leave the Group to take up a senior role within Informa plc (INFMF.PK, INF.L) later this year. Patrick would stay on the board until the Group's Annual General Meeting on November 27, 2014. Matt Armitage, the present Chief Financial Officer and Group Managing Director, Marketing Services, would succeed Patrick as CEO, effective August 1, 2014.



Patrick, who has been with St Ives for more than 35 years, has served as CEO since 2009. Under his leadership, the Group has been transformed into a marketing services business, where focused print services combine with other areas of marketing activity to offer a wide range of added value, integrated services.
