Analysts Review Releases Notes on Genpact, Tetra Tech, Acacia Research, Ryanair and Noodles & Company [Professional Services Close - Up]


(Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) On July 4, Analysts Review released its analysts' notes regarding Genpact, Tetra Tech, Acacia Research Corp., Ryanair Holdings plc and Noodles & Company.

According to a company release, on June 27, Genpact announced the appointment of Edward J. Fitzpatrick as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 15, who succeeds Mohit Bhatia. In line with this change, Mohit will remain with Genpact, assuming the role of SVP, Internal Transformation, and will assist Fitzpatrick in the transition. Fitzpatrick will be based in New York City, reporting directly to Genpact President and CEO N.V. 'Tiger' Tyagarajan. Most recently, he served as Motorola Solutions Inc.'s Chief Financial Officer.



On June 11, Tetra Tech announced that the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Office of Security and Hazardous Materials Safety (ASH) Information Technology Support Services has awarded the Company with a $76 million contract, under which Tetra Tech will provide expanded programmatic and operational support services for FAA's information technology and security programs. Tetra Tech further reported that it will also provide specialized cyber security services and help manage hazardous materials tracking systems. The Company has provided FAA's ASH with support services for more than 10 consecutive years through multiple contracts. The new, single award contract includes one base year and four option years.

On July 1, Acacia Research Corp. announced that its subsidiary, Saint Lawrence Communications, has entered into a royalty-bearing patent license agreement with Dialogic Inc.


On June 30, Ryanair Holdings plc announced that it has appointed Neil Sorahan as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1. He will take over from current CFO Howard Millar, who will step down on December 31. Sorahan currently holds the position of Finance Director in Ryanair and has served the Company for almost 12 years. Prior to joining Ryanair as Treasurer in 2003, he worked as Deputy Treasurer in CRH plc for 11 years.

On June 30, Noodles & Company introduced a new catering program throughout the state of Colorado, which has been designed to serve groups from 20 to 200 people. The new program includes its NoodlesBar offering, serving buffet style meals comprised of main entrees, sides and a dessert. The catering menu includes favorites ranging from Penne Rosa to Bangkok Curry and a variety of salads, with each order served with a choice of desserts. Each order is priced at only $12 per person. In addition, the Company intends to expand its catering menu and introduce the offering at all of its restaurants nationwide in the succeeding months.
