Iron Mountain Appoints Greg McIntosh to Lead Canadian Business


BRAMPTON, Ontario --(Business Wire)--

Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), the storage and information management services company, has hired Greg W. McIntosh as senior vice president and general manager for Iron Mountain (News - Alert) Canada. Succeeding Pierre Matteau, who is retiring from Iron Mountain after 17 years of service, McIntosh will lead Iron Mountain's Canadian business, which provides services for records management, data management, document management and secure shredding to more than 12,300 customers.

With his diverse experience, Greg will play an important role in helping develop the types of tools and services our customers need, allowing us to deepen our existing customer relationships and add new ones."

Greg joins Iron Mountain from D+H, a provider of technology solutions for financial institutions. Here he held a number of executive leadershiproles, including his last as executive vice president, head of collateral management services, a $200 million business. Previously, he co-founded Cyence International Inc., a provider of lifecycle management software and service solutions to the financial services industry. Greg also was a vice president of structured finance for CIT/Newcourt Capital, and began his career as a senior accountant with KPMG in Toronto.

A chartered accountant, Greg holds a bachelor of mathematics and a masters in accounting from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario.
