Cretex Companies Acquires Wickstrom Manufacturing

Cretex Companies (www.cretex.com) today announced that is has acquired the assets of S. Wickstrom Manufacturing, Inc., a quick-turn injection molding company focused on serving the medical device and surgical instrument markets. Wickstrom, located in Redwood City, CA (News - Alert) will become part of JunoPacific, Inc. (ww.junopacific.com), one of the Cretex Medical group of companies.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
