Tripwire Announces Webcast on Anatomy of a Retail Mega Breach

As recent retail mega breaches have demonstrated, point of sale and payment systems create unique security challenges for retailers. Over a third of data breaches in 2013 were the result of point-of-sale intrusions. According to Verizon's (News - Alert) 2014 Data Breach Investigations Report, 85 percent of last year's point-of-sale breaches took weeks to detect, yet retailers are confident in their ability to detect data breaches.
