The initial release of Interact Professional offered quick access to current and parked calls, presence management, call history and contacts. With this new release, Allworx is expanding Interact Professional s capabilities with numerous additional views, contact filters and dialing and transferring shortcuts. Call recording has been added with a single click and recorded calls can be stored anywhere. An external program link enables a URL search or an application command script to access a selected application or database, generating additional information for every call.

Interact Professional 1.1 simplifies advanced call control tasks and further integrates our users Allworx handset with their PC and cloud based applications. With a user environment reminiscent of our award winning Reach virtualized mobile handset, Interact Professional 1.1 is the logical next-step in our suite of user-friendly applications, all focusing on one goal: making our customers more successful.


Certain features of Interact Professional 1.1 require Allworx server System Software 7.7 or later. However, any existing customer using Interact Professional 1.0 will enjoy the majority of benefits simply by upgrading automatically the next time they open the application.
