The 11th Annual Connections of Hope is a night to celebrate
and raise funds for the "connections of hope" found daily by troubled
teens that call Teen Lifeline's peer-to-peer hotline, and are reached by
its statewide suicide awareness and prevention outreach. An Arizona
native, Sparks' philanthropic endeavors have touched the lives of youth
locally, nationally and internationally.
Initiated by Sparks and her brother P.J., the "I'm M.A.D. Are You?"
campaign cultivates community volunteerism among teens. "The amazing
work being done at Teen Lifeline is something that I can really relate
to," Sparks said. "Teens heping teens through volunteerism and really

passionate about helping kids and teens. I am proud to support this
local charity from my home town that is saving lives every day!"
Sparks' infectious energy and passion for life translate to her
countless other charitable contributions, including First Lady Michelle
Obama's Let's Move Active Schools Campaign, Save the Music Foundation,
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and The Other Side Campaign, among

because every teen is a precious jewel, and we must do all that we can
to allow them to become brilliant," Molina said.
Connections of Hope will be chaired by Stacey Caron, owner of
Spellbinders Paper Arts. "I felt like it was serendipity when I was
asked to chair this event. I have seen the devastation that happens when
a parent loses a child to suicide, and I want to do what I can to help
raise awareness and let others know about the amazing work being done at
