(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Tenders are invited for Online Proctoring Service. SCOPE OF WORK As specified in the notice of contract award, the selected organization (hereinafter referred to as contractor ) shall provide an online proctoring service in accordance with all terms and conditions specified herein. Southeast prefers a service that is offered as a fee per test to the student. 1. Service Requirements - Southeast has established the following requirements and objectives for the program. 1.1 Service must allow a student to take a proctored assessment from any location with a high-speed internet connected computer, with a range of supported browsers and limited additional equipment requirements. 1.2 Identity of the student must be visually ascertained and checked against a student identification photo. 1.3 Student s behavior must be monitored during the exam for any actions proscribed by the instructor, such as using additional resources, communicating with others physically present in the room, employing other electronic devices, etc. 1.4 Service must provide a lockdown browser or other means of preventing students from using other programs on the testing computer or saving test questions. 1.5 Service must notify the faculty member of any policy violations by the student. 1.6 Service must record the testing session and make available any portion for review by the faculty member or other University personnel. 1.7 Service must provide technical assistance for the students. 2. The contractor shall fully coordinate its activities in the performance of the contract with those of the University. As the work of the contractor progresses, advice and information on matters covered by the contract shall be made available by the contractor to the University throughout the effective period of the contract. 3. The system must be compatible with the University s information technology systems currently in place: 3.1 Network: The University s network is an Ethernet with Windows 2008 with SP2 Active Directory Servers in Server 2003 functional level. 3.2 Internet Connection: All desktop computers are connected to a campus wide network with access to the Internet via the Missouri MOREnet connection. 3.3 Student Information System (SIS): The University currently uses the Banner software as its student information system. 4. The service must be available 24 hours a day, seven (7) days per week. 5. Contractor Support: The contractor must accept service calls seven (7) days per week, 24 hours per day. The contractor shall provide the University with a toll free telephone number(s) for reporting service calls. The contractor must respond to service calls by telephone within 24 hours. 6.
