Provide an Employee Performance Appraisal System for a diverse public park system. The Offeror will be responsible for the installation and training of end users and to provide support during all phases of implementation and the service contract. Proposed Software and Basic Requirements ? Provide a detailed description of the proposed software and its functionality as it relates to NVRPA facilities ? Technical Requirements: o Describe your hardware/software requirements, including operating systems, databases, and browsers. o Describe any third-party software or hardware that may be required (include operating systems, database, applications for reporting, email/notifications, screen presentation, search engine, etc. including both server and client system applications). Indicate which applications require separate licensing by the customer site o Describe how data is imported/exported from the system. o Describe your system upgrade process. Is there a cost? o Describe the fail-over protections and processes in place to provide seamless, continuous system usability for end-users. o Do you offer system access that is roles based? o Is there a data classification policy in place? o Describe the security applications and protocols implemented to prevent unauthorized access to all hosted data and configuration settings, including on-site and remote access authentication. o Data Center - Describe the data center environment, i.e. physical access controls, redundant power, HVACs, etc. o Describe what happens to our data when the contract expires. What is the process to deliver our data upon contract expiration? o Describe your backup process? o Describe your disaster recovery plan. When was it tested last? Implementation and Training o Describe the software implementation process. Do you have an on-site implementation team, or is it done via telephone and computer? o Describe the proposed implementation timeline, providing a sample outline of the process. o Describe the roles and responsibilities of NVRPA in the implementation process. o Describe your proposed methods of training.
