He scored 322 out of 360 marks in the test. "My dream is to form our own software company in India, so that we do not depend on other counties. Our country should have a software company," he said. Govind wants to follow the footsteps of his brother, an IIT alumnus. Govind, a student of Shri Vaishnav Academy (Indore), studied in Kota to prepare for the examination. For him coaching is not mandatory, hard work and focus is. "If you will not give equal weight to all the subjects, you will always fall. Study all the subjects as all are your favourites," he said. "Never get frustrated, if worried talk to your parents and teachers they will always help you out. My parents are always encouraging and it's a present for them by me," Lahoti added.
