Landis+Gyr to Acquire GRIDiant Corp. The company reported that this transaction will expand Landis+Gyr's software analytics portfolio and further enhance end to end solution capability. According to a release from the company, GRIDiant's analytics suite will be integrated into Landis+Gyr's metering infrastructure (AMI), distribution grid management and cloud-based solutions for utility customers.
