Technology Innovator Don Cohen Joins CheckPoint HR as Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Cohen will direct the company's technology initiatives, including the advancement of its CheckPoint Choice technology platform, employee benefits marketplace, HRIS/HRMS technology and payroll data integration engine. Additionally, he will review and improve the company's operations, leveraging technology to increase efficiency and scalability.

A technical executive with extensive experience at early-stage companies, Mr. Cohen has a thorough understanding of the product architecture and design necessary for creating superior products, as well as building talented, scalable technology organizations.

Mr. Cohen co-founded Princeton Softech, Inc., where he helped build the company from a start-up to a $30 million organization. He joins CheckPoint HR from Binary Tree, Inc., where he served as chief operating officer. Previously, he served as chief technology officer for Archive Systems, Inc. He also served as vice president of software engineering at Voxware Inc. Additionally, he served as the general manager at Rocket Software for the Systems Tools and RFID Products Business Unit. He also held key positions at Automated Data Processing and Applied Data Resources. Mr. Cohen graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Albany with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics. He earned his Master of Science degree in computer science from Rutgers University.
