Video Guidance Forms Strategic Partnership with Synergy SKYMINNEAPOLIS --(Business Wire)-- Video Guidance, one of the nation's premier video conferencing companies, has announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with Oslo, Norway-based Synergy (News - Alert) SKY. The agreement helps Video Guidance offer its clients a one-of-a-kind administrative platform that provides provisioning, monitoring, reporting, scheduling and billing for the management of their cloud-based video services. In particular, the new Synergy SKY software will help customers control with one interface all their Video Guidance cloud-based video services in concert with their existing premise-based, multi-vendor platforms, including Acano, Cisco, Microsoft (News - Alert), Polycom and Pexip. Synergy SKY offers an easy-to-use management solution for medium- to large-sized companies that are responsible for managing video and unified collaboration services across an entire enterprise. Until now, there has not been a tool that simply expands these complex administrative capabilities across multiple video conferencing vendors. Synergy SKY fills a vacuum in the market.
