Mark Ward joins as senior vice president of sales and marketing after decades of holding leadership positions in the storage technology market. Sam Sirisena brings 25 years of experience in the technology industry to his new role as senior vice president, business development and operations.

Mark Ward built his successful career in the storage industry on the foundation of more than 14 years with EMC, where he was one of the first 100 employees and oversaw the company's expansion into Europe and Asia, eventually becoming vice president of global marketing for EMC's software business and professional services. From EMC, he helped found Enterprise Storage Ventures, which funded and developed successful companies including Storage Networks, AppIQ, Archivas, Akara Networks and WysDM. Since then, Mark has held senior leadership positions with Storage Technology Corporation and Copan Systems.

He also served on the board of directors from 1998-2002 and helped the company get listed on the Taiwan stock exchange. He holds a Bachelor and Master degrees in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and followed a Mathematics/Physics program at the University of Colombo.
