New faces on the Board at DNS Belgium


(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 23 May 2014 Release date- 21052014 - From 19 May 2014, the Board at DNS Belgium will be strengthened by the arrival of Baudouin Corluy from Agoria.

He replaces Christian Vanhuffel, who was a member of the Board of Directors from the very beginning and is stepping down from the post. FeWeb also joins as a new member of the non-profit organisation, DNS Belgium.

Christian Vanhuffel was a member of the Board of Directors right back when DNS Belgium was first established in 1999. He was general manager of Agoria ICT. Agoria is a multi-sector federation that provides active representation for companies in the technology industry and is one of the founding members of DNS Belgium. Christian made a major contribution to the development of DNS Belgium. He attached a great deal of importance to the community-related neutrality of our organisation, as well as to the focus on operating quality.



Baudouin Corluy was appointed as a new director on the Board at the General Meeting of 19 May 2014. Baudouin has been director of the Agoria ICT business community since September 2012 and also joined the Management Board at Agoria on 1 January 2013.

FeWeb becomes a new member of DNS Belgium FeWeb is a recognised trade federation that promotes the interests of companies that provide professional services in which the internet and technology are core features. FeWeb has a large number of members across the whole country and acts as a far-ranging representative for the sector. The federation's mission and the businesses in which its members are involved are aligned closely with those of DNS Belgium. They will, of course, be represented at the general meeting of members and will also sit on the policy council, represented by Peter Ryckaert. He is also a director of Cegeka and chairman of the board of directors of FeWeb.
