Arkadin Appoints H.R. Shiever to Managing Director of New Online Business Unit(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) HONG KONG, CHINA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/22/14 -- Olivier de Puymorin, President and CEO of Arkadin, one of the world's largest and fastest growing providers of Unified Communications and Collaboration services, announced the appointment of H.R. Shiever to Managing Director, Online Business and member of Arkadin's Executive Committee. Mr. Shiever will assume a dual role. He will lead a new online collaboration business unit and also lead the global sales engagement and coordination between Arkadin and NTT Communications. NTT Communications acquired Arkadin in January of this year. Mr. Shiever will operate out of Arkadin's Hong Kong office, reporting to Mr. de Puymorin.
