According to a police report, members of the Crime Prevention Unit (CPU) raided a betting shop in Nicosia on Friday night, and spotted seven computers and four electrical switches, which were collected as evidence. The search also identified three individuals who had various unpaid fines and were transferred to the Pera Chorio police station for settlement. At the same time, CPU members raided another betting shop in Paralimni, and collected six computers as evidence.
