Ubiquiti Networks Announces Distribution Agreement With ScanSource Security(GlobeNewswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SAN JOSE, Calif., May 2, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq:UBNT), a next-generation communications technology company, today announced a distribution agreement with ScanSource Security, a leading value-added distributor of physical security and networking products and a business unit of ScanSource, Inc. (Nasdaq:SCSC). Starting immediately, ScanSource will promote, sell and support all of Ubiquiti's innovative technology platforms for service providers and enterprises to its network of U.S. and Canadian reseller partners.
