Phlexglobal Announces the Latest Advances in Electronic TMF ProcessingAMERSHAM, England --(Business Wire)-- Phlexglobal, the TMF experts, have released their latest PhlexEview eTMF version 3.2, complete with a fresh new look and feel and the latest in intuitive eTMF functionality. PhlexEview eTMF is private cloud hosted and uses single sign-on with user access controls complying with 21CFR Part 11. In addition to Adobe PDF files, users can now upload native document formats such as Microsoft (News - Alert) Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook MSG files using eTransmittal, the chain of custody management component for paper and electronic submissions to PhlexEview. State-of-the art technology, embedded in eTransmittal, dynamically prevents the submission of corrupted or damaged documents, reducing quality issues at the first hurdle. The latest PhlexEview version now also provides Drag and Drop, a streamlined way to upload electronic documents into the eTransmittal system by simply dragging the required files from a pc, laptop or tablet using Intenet Explorer 10 or Firefox 17 and later browsers supporting HTML 5 and dropping them into the provided drop zone space. The Drag and Drop tool can readily accept native documents, including those with attachments and metadata can be assigned accordingly through drop down menus. Once submitted the system creates a number of eTransmittals that follow the standard PhlexEview end-to-end process, including receipting. Uploading electronic files can now be as easy as one drag and drop action. Overall the tool dramatically speeds up the eTransmittal process enabling clients to send more documents, more efficiently with greater ease and flexibility.
