George Hogan Appointed to WEX Senior Vice President, International
SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine --(Business Wire)--
WEX
Inc. (NYSE: WEX), a leading provider of corporate payment solutions,
today announced George Hogan has been appointed senior vice president,
international.
"George has proven to be a key contributor to the WEX executive
leadership team since he joined us seven years ago," said Melissa D.

on a larger scale. His proven track record gives us confidence in his

Hogan joined WEX in 2007, and served as chief information officer and
senior vice president. In 2012 he assumed responsibility of WEX Fleet
One, and most recently served as general manager of fleet over-the-road
and partner channels. George's international experience includes
overseeing IT in Australia and New Zealand for WEX, and previously
managing global teams while employed at Visa.
David Maxsimic has decided to step down as president, international
effective June 1. During the last 16 years, he has played an integral
role in executing WEX's long-term growth strategy, expanding both the
domestic fleet business and leading our international expansion efforts.
