Portugal Telecom (PT) and Altran Portugal formalized an agreement for the commercialization of Cloud and Data Center services on the European market, supported on the international network of Portugal Telecom's data centers. PT provides Cloud-based infrastructure solutions and security and managed services with a logic of convergence. These services are based on PT's international network of data centers, in which stands out the Covilha Data Center, one of the world's largest and most sustainable. On the other hand, Altran Portugal, an innovation and technology consultancy specialized in nearshoring (transfer of business or IT processes to close countries), contributes with its international footprint and knowledge. In this way, it promotes the development of services in Portugal, provided to international customers. The partnership enhances the skills of both companies, allowing potential customers to have an extended and optimized portfolio of advanced technological solutions regardless of their geography, which range from technical support, of high added value, to the design and development of end-to-end solutions.
