The University hosts accredited courses by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) which facilitates learning via videos, webinars and white papers on a number of topics, including leadership development, contingent workforce management, recruiting innovations and Government and regulatory compliance.

Peoplefluent University has 41 video courses and educational videos available and will be continually updating its online resources to further education and engagement. Pervasive, collaborative video is essential for engaging employees in Peoplefluent's learning solution and Peoplefluent University continues this theme with a commitment to social video content that not only informs, trains and educates, but also engages all who watch.

The 2014 Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends research revealed 78% of business leaders rated retention and engagement as an urgent or important issue. This prompted Josh Bersin, Founder and Principal, Bersin By Deloitte to conclude that it is time to rethink the concept of "employee engagement" because there needs to be a much more holistic, integrated, real-time approach to driving high levels of employee commitment and passion.

Developed using keycustomer insights, Peoplefluent University features learning resources and SHRM accredited courses based on industry-relevant functions and best practices. Peoplefluent worked closely with SHRM in building relevant, high-quality courses, and will continue to build the relationship between organizations as Peoplefluent CEO Jeff Carr will be attending the SHRM Annual Conference & Exposition this June.

Peoplefluent University is part of Peoplefluent's Customer Community, a collaborative environment for customers powered by the company's Talent Engagement Platform which infuses video, social and analytics applications into a deeply engaging Talent Management experience. This engaging platform creates a powerful, multidimensional community for customers to collaborate with peers and Peoplefluent experts. The number of users in the Community has increased by 26 percent in the first quarter of 2014; while page views have seen a 34 percent increase over the same time period. The expanded user base and increased participation and engagement in the community has resulted in a 50 percent reduction in telephone assistance tickets since launch, with over half of tickets closed within 24 hours. The unveiling of Peoplefluent University is the first of several significant formal announcements this month leading up to a series of events beginning on April 28th with speakers including Carly Fiorina (News - Alert), Aragon Research's Jim Lundy, Ventana Research's Mark Smith and Talent Function's Elaine Orler.
