CM First Group Welcomes Two Resellers to the CM First Family

(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Austin, TX (PRWEB) April 21, 2014 Software companies rely on resellers to help extend their reach into new markets. With an established customer base, local language support and reputation in the area, resellers are essential allies. With the increasing success of the CM WebClient solution, CM First's answer to the challenge of web and mobile-enabling legacy applications, CTO, John Rhodes, felt it was time to get help in spreading the word.

"CM WebClient has made a tremendous difference to CA Plex and CA 2E customers. It's been exciting to see customers not only having success but willing to publicize their results, from applications as varied as mobile insurance quoting, travel booking, and manufacturing/warehousing. Customers report that web and mobile enablement was an essential business goal, but without CM WebClient, it was doubtful they could bring these solutions online quickly and cost effectively. CM First needed help to expand the customer base." SODISA signed on as a reseller of CM WebClient to cover Central America. With 20 years' experience in software development, SODISA has a large customer base and deep experience with CA Plex, IBM i, and other related products.

Hugo Rodriguez, CEO, SODISA, noted, "The relationship between CM First and SODISA is a natural consequence of the many years of experience with CA Plex and the integration between CA Plex and CM WebClient. SODISA has done business with CM First in the past; it was time to put a trade agreement in place." SODISA will provide sales and services support for CM WebClient and CM MatchPoint ALM, ensuring Central American companies can mobile-enable older applications.

Futura Sistemi, an Italian software house founded in 1991, will promote CM WebClient to the Italian marketplace. Futura Sistemi focuses on software design and computer services, providing support to more than 500 customers.

Giandomenico Allegri, CEO noted, "Futura Sistemi was interested in implementing the partnership with CM First because the integration of CA Plex with CM WebClient is strategic for software development. Futura Sistemi can provide to customers its decennial experience in using CA Plex, especially on SQL Server and Oracle platforms. CM WebClient helps Futura Sistemi developers convert CA Plex panels into Javascript pages without rewriting the code." Futura Sistemi recognizes the growth in demand for web solutions in Italy. The agreement with CM First will help their company develop web applications to customers in a short time and at low costs.

Both companies look forward to providing a range of services to customers including education. The chance to help customers modernize applications excites all three companies.

"These reseller agreements are a win:win for CM First, SODISA and Futura Sistemi," said Christoph Heinrich, CEO, CM First. "Application modernization is an important goal for CM First and it was exciting to connect with other companies who shared this view."
