EMC Assigned Patent for Managing Data Storage(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) By Targeted News Service ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 18 -- EMC, Hopkinton, Mass., has been assigned a patent (8,694,724) developed by two co-inventors for "[m]anaging data storage by provisioning cache as a virtual device."
