Women in Cable Telecommunications Announces 2014 WICT Signature Luncheon Honorary Chair and PAR Acceptors


WASHINGTON --(Business Wire)--

Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) today announced the honorary chair of the 2014 WICT Signature Luncheon, Suzanne Kolb, President of E! Entertainment, premier sponsor of the luncheon. The Signature Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, April 29 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in conjunction with The Cable Show.

Kolb was named President of E! in July 2011. There she leads the executive team that oversees the global pop culture brand's ongoing growth and multi-platform success, and directs all activities on behalf of the network, including programming, development, production, marketing, digital media, business development, research and communications. Kolb previously served as President, Marketing, News and Online for E! and The Style Network, leading all marketing, communications and brand alliances for both networks.

Kolb joins E!'s own Giuliana Rancic, host of the luncheon, and anchor of E! News, co-star of E!'s Fashion Police team, red carpet anchor for E!'s Live from the Red Carpet, host of Beyond Candid with Giuliana and star on her hit reality show, Giuliana & Bill. Kolb also joins the numerous PAR Excellence Award acceptors noted below.

The Signature Luncheon is designed to recognize those companies that are leading the way in demonstrating superlative gender diversity and inclusion tactics as measured by the WICT PAR Initiative employment survey.
