DataServ Adds New Client Success Director

(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) April 17, 2014 DataServ has expanded their Client Success team with the hiring of Cheryl Zeier as their new Client Success Director. DataServ's unique Software as a Service (SaaS) + Services approach relies on their ability to help clients achieve real results from using their software. The Client Success Director is key to bringing the power of DataServ technology, change management, training, and client support resources to each DataServ client.

Cheryl began her career in accounting and then progressed through various client facing positions, including support representative, account executive, and project manager. She spent the past 15 years at Harris Computer Systems, where she ascended up the ranks from Senior Business & Support Analyst to Vice President of Professional Services. Among her many accomplishments at Harris was building and managing a strong customer and technical support team; defining and implementing a new SaaS methodology that allowed for a down-market sales strategy as well as capturing customers with diminished IT capacity to manage an on-premise delivery model; and hiring, developing, and managing a high performance technical services team of consultants and project managers who successfully implemented accounting enterprise resource planning software.

Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Culver Stockton College and an MBA in Business Administration from Fontbonne University.

"I am honored to join this highly talented team who care deeply about our client's success," says Zeier. "Leveraging this amazing talent with a proactive, customer-centric approach to ensure our clients receive value, daily, is exhilarating."
