All voting items adopted at Ziggo's annual general meeting(Thomson Reuters ONE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Today, Ziggo N.V. 's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has taken place. All voting items were adopted, including the adoption of the annual accounts 2013 and the dividend proposal. Following the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Hendrik de Groot as a member of the Management Board as per April 18, 2014. The total dividend for the financial year 2013 will be equal to the interim dividend distributed in September 2013. Consequently, there will be no final dividend distribution.
