Mr. Lowe has over 30 years' experience leading mobile communications business organizations for growth and profitability.



Richard most recently served as chairman of the board at iPhotonix, a pioneer in carrier class optical network access devices. Prior to that he was President of Wireless Networks at Nortel Networks, a business that he transitioned into Ericsson following Ericsson's acquisition from Nortel in 2009. At Nortel he also held a number of senior positions across general management, R&D and global operations. Richard holds a B.Sc. in Engineering Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry, both from Queen's University at Kingston, Ontario.
