Yemen, US discuss cooperation in information technology [Yemen News Agency](Yemen News Agency Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SANA'A, April 15 (Saba) - Yemen and the US reviewed here on Tuesday aspects of joint cooperation in the telecommunication and information technology fields. During their meeting, Minister of Telecommunication and Information Technology Ahmed bin Daghr and Chargé d'affaires of the US embassy Karen Sasahara discussed the possible means of Yemen to benefit from the US telecommunication experiences and technologies. Moreover, they also touched upon the latest developments in national arena and the progress of the transition process in the country. Sasahara stressed her country's support for the ongoing political process in Yemen to achieve the desired results according to the outcomes of national dialogue Conference (NDC) and for the steps made by President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi after concluding the dialogue. Bin Daghr valued the efforts made by the United States and international community in support of the underway transition in Yemen and to achieve security and stability.
