Orbitz Worldwide names Scott Forbes chairman(Associated Press Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) CHICAGO (AP) — Orbitz Worldwide Inc. has named Scott Forbes as its non-executive chairman, the online travel company said on Monday. Forbes replaces Jeff Clarke, who resigned after he was named CEO of Eastman Kodak Co. Forbes has been on the board of Orbitz since June 2013 and he's served as chairman of U.K. real estate website Rightmove PLC, since 2005. The Chicago company also said it appointed Gavin Baiera to its board. Baiera is a managing director of investment advisor Angelo, Gordon & Co. L.P.
