(TSX-V: SKO) ("Stream" or the "Company") announces that Ian Baron has resigned as a Director of the Board of Directors (the "Board") due to personal reasons, effective April 11, 2014. Mr. Baron has been a Director of the Company and Chairman of the Reserves Committee since 2009, providing guidance and support in a number of areas during his tenure.
