Study shows London School of Marketing outperforming competitors to become one of the strongest brand names in the tertiary education sector in the UK

(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) London, England (PRWEB UK) 7 April 2014 London School of Marketing (LSM), a leading institution offering accredited marketing and business qualifications in the heart of London, has today released findings from a recently commissioned report on the state of the tertiary education sector in the UK. Conducted by third-party market research firm, BQu, the study finds that LSM has outperformed even its toughest competitors as a direct result of its innovative offerings.

LSM recently commissioned this in-depth competitive analysis to gain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the tertiary education industry in the UK. The primary goal was to measure the performance of the strongest players in the industry.

"The study has found that LSM has achieved the highest and most consistent growth rates in revenue. Additionally, it emerged as the second most successful company in terms of growth in earnings, before interest and tax," said Jacques de Cock, Chief Executive of BQu. "More specifically, LSM experienced revenue growth of 35% in the financial year ending 2010-2011, and a staggering 83% growth in the financial year ending 2011-2012. Meanwhile, its closest competitors experienced a revenue growth of only 1% from -6% in the same financial year. Other players in the market experienced negative sales growths during the two previous financial years." London School of Marketing delivers accredited marketing and business qualifications, and offers courses from recognised professional bodies such as CIM, ABP and CAM, BA (Hons) Marketing, MA Marketing and Innovation, and an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University. Based in Central London, it is a QAA approved institution and holds Highly Trusted Status with the UKBA. The school also has offices in Sri Lanka, a network of Local Access Points (LAPs) and online programmes of learning.

"Operating successfully in a field that depends on the loyalty of its students is not always easy. This is especially true for comparatively new players like us who are battling against established entities," said Anton Dominique, COO/CFO of London School of Marketing. "We are pleased that this study proves that, as a result of our out-of-the-box thinking, we have slowly but steadily grown to become one of the strongest brand names in the industry."
