GetResponse Email Marketing Adds Team Management to Their Enterprise Version

(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Wilmington, DE (PRWEB) April 04, 2014 GetResponse announces an upgrade to GetResponse 360, the enterprise version of their email marketing platform. A new interface called Team Management allows the system administrator to grant, edit, or revoke a variety of user-rights to groups, departments, and individuals, with the option to customize user rights by job function.

"Team Management adds a layer of control for teams spread in multiple locations around the world," said GetResponse founder and CEO Simon Grabowski. "It enables a company to strike the right balance between team autonomy and team accountability." ADVANCED ACCOUNT CONTROL MADE SIMPLE At the topmost level of control is the corporate administrator. This person sets up an account for each work group, such as branch offices, product teams, or departments. The system accommodates up to 100 accounts, each of which contains only the email marketing campaigns created by team members with access to the account.

The corporate administrator also defines roles by using standard pre-sets such as Administrator, KAM, or Designer etc., or by creating customized roles based on skills, functions and responsibilities.

The admin then adds users to each account and assigns one or more roles to each user. Optionally the corporate administrator can set up an administrator for each account and delegate the function of adding users and assigning roles. This enables each account manager to supervise the team's workflow, and enables corporate managers to monitor the performance of each team.

Rights may be customized at any time -- granting or revoking rights to features; changing rights from read-only to read-write; adding a user to multiple accounts; or inactivating a user. This administration can be performed at the account level, role level, or even at the individual level.

For example, a graphic designer could have read-write access to a group of accounts for quality control purposes. An analyst could have rights to run reports on all accounts. Or total-company list management could be placed in the hands of a single individual.

"This new functionality gives GetResponse 360 the feel of a custom email marketing solution," said Simon Grabowski. "It takes our user-friendly platform, complete with today's most popular features, and makes it scalable for even the largest companies." More information about the platform, scalable solutions and customized offer for high-volume senders and enterprises can be obtained here.

ABOUT GETRESPONSE EMAIL MARKETING The Email Creator module includes drag 'n' drop technology that enables those with no coding skills to turn out professional-quality newsletters in minutes by choosing a customizable designer template or building a design from scratch. GetResponse was the first in the industry to produce Responsive Email Design. This means that the all newsletter templates detect the size of the screen the subscriber uses to view the email and adjusts the layout to fit the smaller screens of smartphones and tablets -- automatically.

List management tools include a growing portfolio of hundreds of sign-up form templates. Each can be customized with additional fields, including custom fields, using a drag 'n' drop interface. When finalized, the system generates a snippet of code for embedding the form on any website. The forms feed the account-owner's email marketing list. A user-friendly list segmentation module enables companies to customize their marketing approach to fit unlimited target groups.

GetResponse Autoresponders 2.0 enables marketers to design if-then sequences that react to subscriber behavior. For example, a subscriber who opens a particular email but does not respond to the offer can automatically receive additional information. Conversely, a subscriber who does not open it can receive a different offer. This gives creative marketers the ability to automate their marketing-and-sales funnel using simple or infinitely complex scenarios.
