Dynavox, Inc. Makes Announcement

Dynavox, Inc. ("Dynavox") today announced that its indirect subsidiary and affiliate, DynaVox Intermediate, LLC ("Intermediate"), received a Notification of Disposition of Collateral (the "Notice") from JEC-BR Partners, LLC ("JEC"), a senior secured lender to certain affiliates of DynaVo who asserts a lien on all of the membership interests in DynaVox Systems, LLC which are owned by Intermediate (the "Membership Interests"). The Notice provides that JEC intends to sell, at public auction, all of the Membership Interests which were previously pledged by Intermediate to secure the outstanding obligations of DynaVox Systems LLC to JEC, with such sale currently scheduled to occur on Monday, March 31, 2014, 10:00 (Eastern) at the offices of JEC, 68 Mazzeo Drive, Randolph, Massachusetts 02368.
