Reporting to Andrew Reynolds, chief financial officer and head of corporate strategy Asia-Pacific, he will be responsible for overseeing and leading all of BlackRock's Korea business interests, and driving its local market strategy across all client groups. Choi brings with him almost three decades of deep local and international investment and sales industry experience, institutional know-how and an exceptional track record. He joins from Schroder Investment Management, where he was head of sales in Korea and prior to that, he spent more than 15 years with Korea Investment Trust Co. across a number of roles including global investment, portfolio management, research and sales in the US and Korea.
