This Certificate authorizes BCN to provide resold and facilities-based local exchange telecommunications services within the State of Idaho. The Commission approved BCN's Certificate by Order No. 32955 issued December 30, 2013, and authorized BCN to provide telecommunications services in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 32955.
