William Peace University Names Ed Parsons Technical Support Analyst(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) RALEIGH, N.C., March 18 -- William Peace University issued the following news: William Peace University (http://www.peace.edu/), a private four-year university located in downtown Raleigh, is proud to announce the addition of Ed Parsons to its Information Technology (IT) Department. Parsons will serve as a Technical Support Analyst who will be responsible for developing support policies and procedures, executing projects, and determining appropriate technology for the University. Additionally, Parsons will work closely with the Director of IT and the Systems Administrator, and will be responsible for the end user experience and management of equipment. A graduate of Syracuse University, Parsons brings 18 years of IT experience to William Peace having worked as an Information Resource Consultant at Coastal Carolina University, and a Lab Manager and Team Leader of Desktop Support at Nortel Networks.
