Logicube® Launches Multi-Target Hard Drive DuplicatorCHATSWORTH, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Logicube (News - Alert)® Inc., the industry's leader in hard drive duplication and eForensics technology, has announced the addition of the ZClone®Xi (also known as ZXi) to its premier line of high performance hard disk drive cloning solutions. The ZXi is the next generation of its much-acclaimed and standard-setting ZClone duplicator that was launched in 2012. "The ZXi delivers enterprise features with an easy-to-use interface that makes it simple to operate for all levels of users," commented Farid Emrani, President and CEO of Logicube. Our customers, who loved the feature set of our earlier ZClone product, specifically requested that we make those features available in a flat-bed design to simplify and streamline the drive set-up process. This new solution provides extremely fast cloning speeds at 24GB/min, and features support for SATA and optional support for SAS (News - Alert) hard drives. The ZXi also supports cloning USB enclosures with three USB 3.0 ports available. Optional adapters are available to support other drive iterfaces including IDE, ZIF, mSATA, microSATA, eSATA and flash media. Network connectivity is available with the ZXi, allowing users to clone to and from a network repository. Users can clone from 1 master drive to up to 5 SATA or 5 SAS target drives. When cloning from a network repository or a repository stored on a USB enclosure (connected to the ZXi) the user can clone up to 6 SATA/SAS targets. A four-drive expansion kit provides an additional two SAS/SATA and two SATA-only targets for a total of 9 SATA (7 SAS) targets when cloning from a master drive and up to 10 SATA (8 SAS) when cloning from a network repository or a repository stored on a USB enclosure. "The ZXi delivers advanced administrative features such as a Task Macro and the ability to create user profiles, with an interface that's intuitive, well-organized, and easy to use. An optional hash verification feature verifies the exact replication of the source drive. The unit can safely and securely sanitize hard drives using a Secure Erase mode, a custom pass setting or a powerful DoD wipe mode. The ZXi's multi-task feature increases productivity with the capability to clone, wipe and hash hard drives concurrently. The solution also features remote operation, allowing you to control all operations from a remote computer using a web browser. The industrial-strength ZXi provides IT professionals in corporate and manufacturing environments the ability to accelerate hard drive imaging tasks such as PC deployments, O/S upgrades and content/application distribution.
