2 elected to board of food cooperative [Telegraph-Herald (Dubuque, IA)]


(Telegraph-Herald (Dubuque, IA) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Two new members recently were elected to Dubuque Food Cooperative's board of directors.

Kristina Castaneda and Ann Curran won the seats and will serve three-year terms, according to a press release. Nearly 730 votes total were cast for more than 15 candidates in the election.

The co-op store will be in the historic Millwork District at 955 Washington St., according to the group's website. Officials have said the store would open this spring, and photos posted to the website show ongoing work at the site.
