T-Mobile Austria raises top LTE transmission speed to 150Mbps [TeleGeography CommsUpdate](TeleGeography CommsUpdate Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) T-Mobile Austria has announced that customers currently accessing downlink transmission speeds of 100Mbps via its LTE tariffs, will see their maximum download speed increase to 150Mbps free of charge – providing they are using a 'Category-4'-enabled device. To date, the only compatible device is the Home Net Box router, although Cat.4 smartphones are expected to be made available later this year.
