Pacific Partners Management Services Names Lori Vatcher CEO


FOSTER CITY, Calif. --(Business Wire)--

Pacific Partners Management Services, Inc. (PPMSI), announced today that executive vice president and COO Lori Vatcher has been named chief executive officer, effective February 1, 2014.

Ms. Vatcher has worked with Pacific Partners Management Services, Inc., since 1998 as a healthcare consultant leading the start-up of the company. In her current role Ms. Vatcher oversees all business operations at PPMSI, including Contracting, Claims, Physician Network Management, Customer Service, Information Technology, Project Management, and Facilities. She is also responsible for organizing, directing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the business operations of the company, which includes managing three California Independent Practice Associations (IPAs) in Santa Clara County, Monterey County, and Sonoma County.

Previously, she was the strategic business liaison for Healtheon and WebMD and a Senior Associate with Stamos Associates, Inc., a national healthcare consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of innovative business strategies for large healthcare delivery systems.

Ms. Vatcher served on the Medical Quality Commission's IPA Standards Task Force to evaluate and develop standards for IPA Accreditation. She has also consulted nationally in the development of managed care networks and MSO models. She is a member of the Association for Women in Communications, Women Health Care Executives, and the Institute of Humanistic Studies. Ms. Vatcher attended the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in the study of Classical Guitar and holds a first degree Black Belt in Karate.
