Answer Fort Smith has appointed Crystal Hartley as its chief operating officer to oversee daily operations of the corporation. Hartley has more than 14 years in the call center industry. She has managed several offices at the same time and in different states. An Arizona native, Hartley started in the call center industry as an operator and has worked her way up. Sandi Herrmann, a longtime Fort Smith resident, has joined Answer Fort Smith Inc. as the company's finance comptroller to oversee accounting operations. She has 30 years of experience in various roles in accounting, financial analysis, and as an executive officer, vice president of administration and human resources. Travis Hartley has joined Answer Fort Smith's Information Technology Department. He has worked in IT for more than 13 years.
