J.D. Power names HealthPartners 2014 Customer Champion


MINNEAPOLIS --(Business Wire)--

J.D. Power has named HealthPartners a 2014 Customer Champion. The honor reflects excellence in customer service, and HealthPartners is only one of 50 organizations across the country to receive the recognition.

To be named a Customer Champion, companies must not only excel in customer service within their own industry, but also among nine other industries that were included in the Customer Champion analysis completed by J.D. Power.

The 2014 Customer Champions were identified based on consumer feedback, opinions and perceptions gathered primarily from J.D. Power's syndicated research in 2013. More than 600 brands were evaluated by J.D. Power for consideration.

In 2013, HealthPartners was recognized by J.D. Power as the highest ranked plan in the Minnesota and Wisconsin region in overall member experience, according to the J.D. Power 2013 U.S. Member Health Plan Study.
