Dr. Lee Faver joins YWCA Clark County board; Columbia Springs adds five to board of directors; Oregon business movers [The Oregonian, Portland, Ore. :: ]


(Oregonian (Portland, OR) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) March 05--NONPROFIT YWCA Clark County has added Dr. Lee Faver to its 18 member board of directors. A licensed, board certified psychologist currently practicing at Orchards Family Medicine, Faver has experience related to YWCA services, including treating trauma and psychological difficulties associated with family violence and abuse, serving sexual minorities, youth and LGBTQ populations, and providing training for staff answering a domestic violence hotline.



Columbia Springs, based in Vancouver, added five new members to its board of directors. They will work to support the company mission, which is to provide educational experiences that foster a greater awareness of the natural world.

New members include recently retired director of the Clark County Skills Center, Dennis Kampe, and senior scientist at BergerABAM Dan Gunderson. Vancouver Public Schools has assigned science curriculum coordinator Gil Luna to serve on the board, while Clark Public Utilities has appointed commissioner Jim Malinowski to serve as their representative. Additionally, Clark County has designated Don Benton, director of environmental services, to join the Columbia Springs' board.


FINANCE The Bank of Oswego has restructured its Community Banking Division and added Hillary Hess, Peter Novak and Christina Baker as at its flagship location in Lake Oswego.

Hess joins as vice president of branch banking overseeing both the downtown and Lake Grove branch banking teams. Novakv has been named vice president of commercial banking. He has 24 years of financial experience in both the US and Canada. Baker joins as a commercial lending officer.
